Happy Birthday, Claude Monet! Everyone’s invited to celebrate the beloved French artist Claude Monet on what would have been his 186th birthday. On opening day of The Impressionist Revolution: Monet to Matisse from the Dallas Museum of Art, join us for the following:

  • DJ Monea (pronounced like Monet) and her wildly popular spin, with a little French flair added in
  • Collaborative art-making activity in the Freeman Library
  • Signature art-inspired cocktails served in the Atrium

VMFA members and their guests are invited to join us select Thursday nights for special access to The Impressionist Revolution: Monet to Matisse from the Dallas Museum of Art. Single-cardholder members may reserve one (1) free guest ticket each week and dual-cardholder members may reserve two (2) tickets. Advance reservations strongly recommended.
