Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not granted for missed programs. Fees are nonrefundable unless VMFA cancels a program; exceptions may be granted for eligible camps (charges apply).* In the unlikely event that a camp is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund. 

*Cancellations & Transfers for Summer Camps ONLY: There is a $50 refund deduction for cancellations or a $30 charge to transfer to another camp (pending camp availability). To be eligible, cancellations and transfers must be made at least 14 days or more prior to the start of camp. No refunds or transfers will not be granted within two weeks of a camp.
