Cancellations & Refunds - All sales are final. Tickets and registrations are non-refundable unless VMFA cancels an event .

Tickets to museum programs, events, and exhibitions should be reserved or purchased directly through VMFA. Tickets obtained by unauthorized sources may be void.

Payment - We require full payment at time of reservation - so be prepared with a credit card. Your card will be charged when you click "Accept" on the confirmation page.
