Surrounded by fellow foodies and wine connoisseurs, you'll be seated in Amuse's Cabaniss Dining Room, where each entrancing course will be carefully paired with masterfully selected wines. Hosted by our chef team and certified sommelier, the evening will explore the bounty of autumn inspired by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
